COMPLIANCE AT SWG
Highest Priority Guidelines
For us, compliance – along with high quality standards, proactive environmental protection, and sustainability in management – has the highest priority in matters of employee responsibility and all operational processes.
We expressly commit to fair competition and to complying with all applicable national and international laws – particularly regarding corruption, bribery, and price fixing, which are strictly rejected and never tolerated.
SWG has a set of guidelines in which corresponding codes of conduct are unequivocally formulated. Every employee is informed about them and trained accordingly.

Code of Compliance
Compliance forms the basis of all our decisions and activities. It is the key to integrity in business conduct. Appreciation, respect, openness, transparency, reliability, honesty and trust. These values are firmly anchored in our Code of Compliance, which we adhere to daily.
This is not just about complying with all applicable rules and laws, but also about a corresponding internal attitude of the employees, which is an essential building block for SWG's sustainable corporate success.
All guidelines and safeguards are set out in the Code of Compliance.
Supplier Code of Conduct
#ourResponsibility
Compliance with applicable law is a matter of course for us. Mutual trust, predictability, honesty, and integrity, both internally and externally, are firmly established fundamental principles. An economic approach in harmony with people and the environment are also principles that we pursue and that contribute significantly to our long-term business success.
Values in dealing with each other and with our business partners therefore play a central role, which we assume in our supplier standards and also demand through our Supplier Code of Conduct. Our goal is to cooperate on the basis of ethically sound principles.
Human Rights Policy Statement
Upholding Human Rights
The upholding of human rights is a foundation upon which our coexistence has always been built. With the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, we aim to communicate this standard of ethical conduct beyond SWG's immediate internal sphere of influence and establish it throughout our supply chain. For us, the commitment to respecting and upholding the rights of every individual is a central component of our daily work.
Hinweisgebersystem SpeakUp
Reporting Hotline SpeakUp
