For decking substructures
The Uni-mat is used in decking substructures as a vibration-absorbing and moisture-protecting intermediate layer under the support beam. In addition, the Uni-mat can also be used for height compensation as an underlay, e.g. in corners for patio tiles, stone tiles or wooden floorboards.
The Uni-mat rolls are used as a continuous intermediate layer under the support beam of the decking construction, if the beams are laid in the direction of the water flow. Where the support beams are laid crosswise to the water direction, Uni-mat pads are inserted at specific intervals, so that the drainage of water and possible dirt is not obstructed and there is no possibility of waterlogging occurring.
